It's strange to see a price reduction coming to the entry-level MacBook Pro 13", yet the 12" MacBook remains at the same price.

Which model would you rather buy?

The wait for the 2015 – 2016 Macbook Pro felt like an eternity. But this one there was barely a wait. Wish Apple would have a more consistent release window. However to be fair to Apple, the 2016 touch bar MBP was a redesign; hence the wait. But 16 – 18 months without an update was embarrassing.

Please, seriously, please STOP claiming the Touch Bar is OLED. IT'S NOT. It's their basic retina display, and NOWHERE on their site or they themselves said that it's OLED. I'm so triggered.

I honestly don't understand Apple's fascination with making thinner machines, let alone sacrificing functionality for it! Like wasn't the 2015 MBP thin enough, that they made it thinner and sacrificed ports for it? What would that extra few millimetres help the customers, probably stuffing in one more file in their bag? I love Macs, but so many of these changes are baffling. Only if they had upgraded the display on the Air, that machine could have taken the market by storm.

The MacBook Pro 13 didn't really get a price cut 😐 Apple always finds ways to win they down graded the ssd to 128, that isn't enough memory!!!!

The 13" MBP "Price cut" also cuts the storage in half. Not really a price cut, more a cheaper option.

guess the got tired of people complaining about them being behind using old processors and jumped to the new one to compete with the new microsoft surface lineup.

kinda wished Apple would ditch the thick bezels but I guess if they did that, people would accuse them of copying Dell.
